Which posts make the best videos?

Text posts with a story: a setup, a turn and a payoff. Confessions, AITA, TIFU and revenge stories are the classics. Shorter posts make tighter videos.

Does Superkool rewrite the post?

No. The post is read word for word, with no summary and no rewrite. We only strip things that aren’t speech, like link wrappers, stray URLs and markdown symbols. An “EDIT:” or “TL;DR” gets read, because the poster wrote it.

How long will my video be?

As long as the post. Narration runs at roughly 2.5 words a second, so a 150-word post is about a minute and a very long post can run several minutes. There is no length slider: the post decides.

Which posts won’t work?

Link and image posts (there is no text to read), questions and support threads (they end without an answer), and deleted or removed posts.

Can I pick the gameplay?
